Drinking my coffee this morning and what do I read? All of New York Times real estate listings are going virtual. I suppose it makes sense for people from "New York City" but will it ever make sense for Austin, Texas. When would it ever make sense to not get off your butt and go see potential homes you may want to purchase? Maybe a rainy day, busy day, day you are traveling, day you are not traveling, day you may not want to be on MOPAC, day you may not want to be on IH35, day you live out of state and may not have time to fly in. I suppose you get my point. 3D Virtual Tours just make sense for everyone. Imagine sitting in bed with an iPad and going to 6 open houses. Pretty darn cool. Even New Yorkers are starting to get it.
